PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which is manufactured in such a way that many heat dissipation fins arranged at high density are bonded to one face of an aluminum base plate material and whose heat dissipating efficiency is superior, and to provide a lightweight heat sink in which a temperature difference in each part of a base material and a heat dissipation fin is especially small. SOLUTION: The heat sink with fins is composed of a heat dissipation fin group which is formed by combining a plurality of heat dissipation fins in such a way that flowing-in air is guided to at least one prescribed direction, and the base material to which the heat dissipation fin group is bonded at high density.
