PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-pasted lightweight aerated concrete panel, in which thick paper is not turned up and peeled and which has excellent surface smoothness. SOLUTION: In the paper-pasted lightweight aerated concrete panel 10, in which the surface W of the lightweight aerated concrete panel P is coated with water-soluble adhesive paste and on which thick paper 20 having weight of 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more such as a cardboard, craft paper or the like is stuck, thick paper 20 is pasted on the whole surface on the inside of the peripheral section of the panel surface W with the exception of the peripheral section.
