PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a motor case through an air flow while the air flow is generated by the rotation of a rotor that rotates in a stator. SOLUTION: A motor 10 is composed of the stator 11 and the rotor 12 that rotates in the stator 11. The rotor 12 has a cylindrical sleeve 13 mounted in a body. An outer surface of the cylindrical sleeve 13 has a spiral groove (recessed part) 13a or projection (projected part). When the rotor 12 is rotated in a direction of arrow A, an air flow in a direction of arrow B is generated between the stator 11 and the rotor 12, and overheat of the stator 11 can be prevented through the air flow.
