The fabrication forms the integrated circuit directly on the document. The integrated circuit is made from transistors made of an organic material of the polymer conductor type. The printed circuit is fabricated by using direct jet printing, delivering drops of ink based on a solution of aqueous polymers, after the document has been treated to have hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions.
