NAVIGATION TERMINAL DEVICE, CUSTOMER NAVIGATION METHOD IN AUTOMOBILE-RELATED CONSUMABLES SALE USING NAVIGATION TERMINAL DEVICE AND ITS INFORMATION MEDIATION SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system by which an automobile-related consumables sales subsidiary secures fixed customers more certainly and the customers can use the service of a user company.

SOLUTION: A navigation terminal device 1 always monitors the consuming state of the automobile-related consumables through a sensor. When the supply of a certain automobile-related consumables is needed as a result of the monitoring, the navigation terminal device 1 secures the reservation of the fixed customer by communicating with an information mediation server 3, choosing the nearest store which can supply the consumables of the automobile-related consumables sales subsidiary contracted beforehand and guiding the automobile to the store. The information agency server 3 investigates the stock of the automobile-related consumables in the selected nearest store based on the customer contract information acquired from the navigation terminal device 1, and informs the propriety of the correspondence about the car automobile- related consumables supply to the customer. The server 3 strengthens real time service system by informing the visit of the customer beforehand to the selected nearby store.
