PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift means for changing the operation levels of a switch circuit and various circuits without increasing the number of terminals. SOLUTION: Mode switching data for alternatively operating an analog-digital converter circuit 16, a level shift circuit 19 or a switch circuit 18, channel selecting data for a PLL circuit 14, and control data for controlling the switching over the on/off states of the switch circuit 18 and the level shift circuit 19 are inputted to a data input/output terminal 10c. The analog-digital converter circuit 16 operates to convert an analog voltage to a digital signal and output it to the data input/output terminal 10c.
