PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common-mode filter that has improved reliability by surely preventing a lead of a winding from touching the other and short- circuiting each other. SOLUTION: A common-mode filter comprises a pair of coils 10, 20 that are wound on a drum core 51 having flanges 53A, 53B at both sides connecting the coil ends to the electrodes on the core. A center flange 54 is provided at the center of the core 51 to wind a first coil 10 between the end flange 53A and the center flange 54 and a second coil between the other flange 53B and the center flange 54. Then, a lead 10b of the first coil 10 is connected to an electrode of the other side flange 53B crossing over the center flange 54 and a lead 20b of the second coil 20 to an electrode of the flange 53A crossing over the center flange 54.
