PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise conveying device capable of surely preventing the conveyance failure of merchandise. SOLUTION: A unit main body 21 is formed so that the both side faces can be opened, and the both side faces of the unit main body 21 are covered with the side faces of a partition member 11 so that any difference in level can be prevented from being generated at a conveying unit 20 side in a merchandise housing part 10, and that any conveyance failure due to the difference in level can be surely prevented. In this case, it is not necessary to separately mount any side plate to the unit main body 21, and it is possible to reduce the width dimension of the partition member 11 for that, and to miniaturize the whole device to the width direction.
