STEAM-PROOF TRANSPARENT DOOR ASSEMBLY OF WASHING MACHINE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A steam-proof transparent door assembly of a washing machine and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the surface of a door body from being steamed up by spreading out condensed water with hydrophilic cross-linked polyurethane and to clearly show the inside of a tub through the transparent door body even in washing the laundry with warm water. CONSTITUTION: A door body(31) comprising a steam-proof transparent door assembly of a washing machine is made from transparent resin. A coated layer(33) is formed on an inner surface of the door body. A material forming the coated layer contains 2-part hydrophilic cross linked-polyurethane. Coating solution including polyurethane is coated on the door body, dried for a predetermined time, and then formed into the coated layer.
