Gas mass flow measurement arrangement for use in a main channel through which a gas flow passes. The arrangement comprises a housing in which there is an auxiliary measurement channel with inlet (13) and outlet openings. A sensor, such as a hot film anemometer is contained within the auxiliary channel. The wall (15) containing the inlet has at least one opening (17).
