Antibody-containing solution pharmaceuticals comprising an organic acid and a surfactant as a stabilizer; a method of inhibiting the formation of insoluble minute particles and insoluble foreign matter attributed to metal ions contained in the antibody-containing solution pharmaceuticals, which comprises adding an organic acid to the solution; a method of inhibiting the formation of insoluble minute particles and insoluble foreign matter during the shaking and freezing/thawing of the antibody-containing solution, which comprises adding a surfactant to the solution; and a method of stabilizing the antibody-containing solution, which comprises adding an organic acid and a surfactant to the solution.
