PURPOSE: A steam-proof transparent door assembly of a washing machine is provided to remove steam on the inside of a door body in washing or boiling the laundry with warm water by attaching a coated film on the surface of the door body and accordingly for users to easily and exactly see the inside of a tub. CONSTITUTION: A door body(31) comprising a steam-proof transparent door assembly(30) is made from transparent resin. A coated film attached on an internal surface of the door body prevents water from being condensed and formed into tiny water drops. In addition, the coated film is formed with hydrophilic materials and the characteristics thereof controls water-surface contact angle, and accordingly prevents the door from being suffused with steam. |
