PURPOSE: A transparent door assembly of a washing machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to spread out water on surfaces of coated layers without making water, which is condensed by an inward coated layer including polyurethane formed in a door body, into water drops, accordingly to prevent a door of the washing machine from being steamed up, to clearly show the inside of a tub even in washing or boiling the laundry with warm water, and to prevent the door body from being scratched with an outward coated layer formed on the outside of the door body. CONSTITUTION: A transparent door assembly of a washing machine with having a transparent part made from transparent resin at least one side to show the inside of a tub prevents the door from being steamed up by forming an inward coated layer(33) including 2-part hydrophilic cross-linked polyurethane on the inside of the transparent part and prevents the door from being scratched by forming an outward coated layer(33') including the polyurethane on the outside of the transparent part. |
