<p>The invention relates to synthetic lipid vesicles, production and use thereof, particularly synthetic vesicles with a composition based on the features of natural vesicles, which provides biological and/or physico-chemical properties which are particularly advantageous. The invention particularly relates to vesicles the wall of which has a particular composition of lipids, i.e. a high content of disaturated phospholipids. The use of said lipid vesicles is also disclosed, particularly as transport vectors for molecules of interest in the field of vaccine preparation, pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions.</p> |
