<p>A method for reducing the amount of haze in a beverage. The method includes the filtering the beverage through a bed of ground zeolite to provide a clarified beverage suitable for consumption. Zeolite can be used as a substitute for Diatomaceous Earth as a filtration medium for clarification of in particular beer and wine. The plant and processes required for such filtration requires minimal if any alteration.</p> |
