The spiral milk foamer for coffee (1) has a head (5) mounted on a handle shaft (23) which has a sprung handle assembly at its end. the handle has a cross beam (8) supporting curved end arms which define gaps. The support arms carry spiral springs (7) extending across the gaps. The gaps allow the springs to be fitted to the handle.
