摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a condiment for seasoning a goat beef with vegetables cooked in a fan which contains herbs as main materials to sooth the taste and flavor characteristic of the goat, and induces the likings of consumers with the effect of preventing the adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the condiment for seasoning a goat beef with vegetables comprises the steps of: putting 4-6g of licorice, 4-6g of date, 4-6g of cinnamon and 4-6g of Cnidium officinale in 5.4L of water and boiling it at 200 deg.C for two hours to form a stock; putting 160-200g of skipjack powder in the stock and re-boiling it at 200 deg.C for two hours; adding 230-270g of ground ginseng thereto; and seasoning it with 780-820g of red pepper, 480-520g of hot green pepper, 480-520g of onion, a bunch of leeks, 950-1050g of garlic, 580-620cc of soy sauce, 680-720g of salt, 35-45g of Dasida, 35-45g of Miwon, 35-45g of pepper, 35-45g of sugar, 1150-1250g of thick hot pepper powder, 580-620g of fine hot pepper powder, 580-620g of thick hot green pepper powder, and 280-320g of fine hot green pepper powder.
