PURPOSE: An ion conductive type signal delay device of an electric, electronic, and optical circuit and a fabricating method thereof are provided to control a signal transferring speed and obtain a desired delay time by using an ion conductor. CONSTITUTION: An ion conductive type signal delay device of an electric, electronic, and optical circuit includes a solid or a liquid, or a gaseous dielectric for applying the current by using ions. The solid or the liquid, or the gaseous dielectric is formed with an oxygen ion conductor(2). The oxygen ion conductor is connected to a signal transfer path of an electric, electronic, and optical circuit by heating the oxygen ion conductor according to a conductive condition. The oxygen ion conductor is formed with zirconia. A positive electrode(1) and a negative electrode(3) are connected to both ends of the oxygen ion conductor. A heater is connected to the oxygen ion conductor in order to control a transferring speed of the current.
