PURPOSE: A pink coloured gold alloy is disclosed to reduce production cost by reducing content of gold, as compared with prior gold alloys, has good mechanical and physical properties sufficient to produce accessaries. CONSTITUTION: A pink coloured gold alloy comprises 20 weight part of gold, 35-45 weight part of silver and 35-45 weight part of copper based on total 100 weight part of product. The alloy can also contain 0.5-5 weight part of at least one metal selected from the group of palladium, nickel and zinc, based on 20 weight part of such gold. The gold alloy is prepared by rolling each of the materials such as gold, silver and copper into thin foil sheets and cutting them into pieces, placing them in a ceramic melting port to form melt by heating and then pouring into the molten material into a mold to produce the alloy product having pink colour suitable to various applications.
