PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to prevent the laundry from being twisted and tangled by putting the laundry on a laundry plate for wobbling up and down on the original place thereof without a rotation, to prevent the laundry from being worn or damaged, and to remove operations for separating and smoothing out the laundry. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine includes a wobbling device(20) for washing the laundry by wobbling up and down without rotating a laundry plate(60) and by rising sufficient water through a rising water current guide(10) and dropping the water toward the laundry by the unidirectional rotation of a rotary blade(90). The wobbling device comprises the laundry plate mounted at the lower of a dewatering tub(3) to wobble up and down and the rotary blade arranged at the lower of the laundry plate and unidirectionally rotated by the rotation of a laundry shaft(6b) to lead water to the upper of the dewatering tub. The rotary blade is combined to an outer peripheral surface of a boss connecting the laundry shaft and a vertical rotary shaft and rotated by the rotation of the laundry shaft. The rising water current guide longitudinally arranged over the upper and lower sides of the dewatering tub is installed to a side of the dewatering tub, and rises water current generated by the rotary blade along the rising water current guide and drops water to the lower side of the dewatering tub.
