PURPOSE: A blind for adhering an advertising material is provided to shield ultraviolet rays and infrared rays of the sunlight and obtain an advertising effect by adhering the advertising material on the blind and inserting the blind between both glasses of a pair glass. CONSTITUTION: A blind for adhering an advertising material is inserted between both glasses of a pair glass. The blind is formed with a vertical blind or a horizontal blind. The blind is shifted between both glasses of the pair glass. A predetermined luminant gas is injected between both glasses of the pair glass. The predetermined luminant gas is used for emitting the light of various colors. The pair glass is sealed to prevent the leakage of the gas. A particular advertising material is adhered on the blind.
