The invention relates to a method for determining the supply profile of at least one micronutrient in a biological sample. Cell proteins, especially cell membrane proteins are released from the biological sample, especially after the determination of the number and/or amount of cells contained therein, by cellular lysis, optionally, after the insulation thereof. If necessary, after denaturation, micronutrients are obtained from the lysate and the proportion thereof in the sample, especially the weight thereof, is measured as an indication of intracellular concentration.
