Method for selecting bio-frequencies so as to induce resonance phenomena in bio-resonant materials, comprising the steps of: collecting, inside a collector, light rays from a natural light source reflecting the light rays inside the collector splitting the light rays into rays with different frequencies focussing the light rays modulating the light rays selecting rays with a specific frequency and associated apparatus.
