PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to smoothly discharge oil by forming an oil discharge groove, and to radiate far infrared ray to food. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate includes a plurality of hollow pipes(11). The circumference surfaces of the pipes are joined each other, and are located at an identical plane. Oil discharge grooves(11a) are formed between the joined circumference surfaces. Far infrared radiating bodies(20) are contained in the pipes, and radiate far infrared rays to food.
