CONTINUOUS LINE FOR REPAIR OF TRACK SKELETON LINKS

摘要

FIELD: mechanization of track facilities; applicable in assembly, disassembly, repair; disassembly with subsequent assembly of track skeleton links from old serviceable and new materials at production centers of track service depots. SUBSTANCE: continuous repair line has parallel forward and reverse flows located on guides of noninterconnected satellite cars. Located stationary along flows are mechanisms of longitudinal motion of satellite cars. Distance between said adjacent mechanisms does not exceed length of satellite car. Production equipment including units for performance of operations with every similar link member are installed along flows. Installed in said unit stations are step mechanisms of satellite car motion, units for screwing-on fastening nuts located for step motion along link rails. Mechanisms of continuous motion of satellite cars are installed at points of said units mounting. Mechanisms of accelerated motion of satellite cars are installed in zone of installation of devices for carrying-out operations with link long-sized members and also between adjacent mechanisms of step and continuous motion of satellite cars. EFFECT: provided continuous production line with highly efficient rhythmic without cycle losses work of its production equipment with simultaneous and independent successive groups of production process operations. 2 cl, 5 dwg
