FIELD: determination of interphase tension in heterogeneous systems " liquid-liquid ". SUBSTANCE: method establishing interphase tension in heterogeneous systems includes study of mass transfer of substance-probe in systems with known interphase tension under conditions of mechanical vibrations of interphase surface, establishment of vibration frequency corresponding to maximal value of coefficient of mass transfer of substance-probe per each system and construction of calibration graph of dependence between found vibration frequencies and interphase tensions. Then vibration frequency conforming to maximal value of coefficient of mass transfer is determined and interphase tension is established by means of constructed calibration graph. Values of frequencies of mechanical vibrations of interphase surface are established with accuracy up to 0.1 kHz. To construct calibration graph heterogeneous systems in which one phase coincides with one of phases of system for which interphase tension is determined are utilized as rule.
