FIELD: hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for hydraulic systems. Proposed hydraulic cylinder contains plunger installed in housing. Movable joint of plunger and housing cover is furnished with sealing member placed in cover. Plunger is made with formation of ring rod space in movable joint with housing from side of cover. Ring rod space communicates with outer medium through channel made in side wall of cylinder housing along its entire length. EFFECT: improved reliability. 7 cl, 1 dwg
