FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out mammography under conditions of hospital. Method is performed by measuring temperature of patient's skin surface in some points in dynamic mode, moreover, mammary gland is fixed in vertical state in forming spiral. Temperature measurement is conducted in accordance with marks located on spiral between its coils. Moreover, every measurement is represented as time sequence of signal values of temperature pickup unit, statistically processed and asymptotic value is determined in accordance with preset analytical shape of alternation curve for temperature pickup unit values at its heating due to patient's skin. Device to carry out mammography consists of autonomous block supplied with device to measure temperature and it additionally is supplemented with foundation for location with fixed conic flexible spiral with marks on it. The present innovation simplifies and improves mammographic procedure and excludes any harmful impact of any radiation upon mammary gland. EFFECT: higher reliability of diagnosis. 2 cl, 2 dwg
