FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: one should introduce laser endodontic tip into direct canals at about 3 mm before apex. Sterilization is carried out with focused ray of CO2-laser at 3-4 W power, 5-10 msec impulse duration, 0.3 sec interval duration between impacts. Then one should slowly introduce metal cannula and sterilize canal's lateral walls with defocused ray at 3 W power in impulse mode, 50 msec impulse duration and 0.2 sec pace. The suggested method enables to increase efficiency of treatment and sterilization of pulp canals' system. EFFECT: improved results. 2 ex |
