The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical products and therapy. The invention provides means and methods to increase the bio-availability of enzymes, more specifically lysosomal enzymes, more specifically alpha alpha -galactosidase-A. Pharmaceutical compositions are claimed that comprise a substance capable of preventing attachment of lysosomal enzyme to a binding molecule in the circulation. Use of these compositions with supplemented enzyme is also claimed.
