FIELD: industrial electronics; instrumentation engineering and automation. SUBSTANCE: proposed voltage generator that can be used to generate sawtooth voltage for sweep units, analog-to-digital converters, pulse-width modulators, and controlled delay devices has inverting amplifier 1 with series-connected RC circuit in its feedback circuit whose capacitor 4 is connected in parallel with first switch 8. Newly introduced in device are additional capacitor 7 inserted between output of amplifier 1 and voltage generator output, resistor unit inserted between voltage generator output and power supply, second switch 9 connected in parallel with capacitor 7 and changed over in step with switch 8. Resistor unit can be made in the form of current regulator connected in series with diode. EFFECT: enhanced use factor of supply voltage. 2 cl, 3 dwg
