CRANK PRESS SLIDE BLOCK

摘要

FIELD: pressure shaping+ADs- crank presses. SUBSTANCE: crank press slide block has body with horizontal bore where axle is rigidly secured+ADs- said axle is articulated with connecting rods by means of mechanism changing their length. This mechanism is made in form of eccentric bush with lever rigidly secured on it. Other end of said lever has bore and is connected with self-contained drive through intermediate link in form of rod. One end of rod is connected with articulation by means of thread+ADs- this articulation is received by bore of lever. Articulation is made in form of additional rod with through radial threaded hole+ADs- axle is freely located in bore of lever+ADs- articulation is also provided with bush having internal and external threads for connecting the rod with articulation. Slide block is provided with rod clamping unit made in form of frame with shaped opening, hold-down in form of block and plunger with seal. Plunger is received by blind hole of block forming clearance which is communicated with working medium pressure source. Self-contained drive is mounted on bed frame of crank press or slide block body. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and maintainability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
