FIELD: medicine, applied physiology, sports medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with determination of functional human body state by applying dosed loading sample. Tested patient should perform active orthosample at which ECG is continuously registered. One should take into account ECG section after ending of transitional process. Their sorting are evaluated for stability and their conformity degree is evaluated due to frequency, phase and coherent analyses. Obtained results are compared to standard values. The present innovation enables to predict efficiency degree of future adaptive reaction to cyclic physical loading without representing the loading.
