SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing curd, butter, sugar, sea buckthorn pulp and water; introducing into mixture preparation of Mortierella dichotoma micromycet biomass produced by predetermined process in an amount of 4 wt%; freezing resultant mixture; subjecting to vacuum-sublimation drying process; grinding and packing in hermetically sealed package of composite material. EFFECT: prolonged shelf life of sublimated curd-based product.
