FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of parasitism skin infections, such as scabies, pediculosis, demodecosis. Invention relates to an agent comprising benzylbenzoate, Tween-80 as a surface-active substance, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, glycerol, polyvinylpyrrolidone taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carboxymethylcellulose sodium, 1.0-8.0; glycerol, 5.0-30.0; polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.5-4.0; Tween-80, 1.0-6.0; benzylbenzoate, 10.0-30.0; purified water, the balance. Agent shows good tolerance in patients, exhibits effective antiparasitic properties due to formation of film that is retained on skin surface for a long time.
