摘要 FIELD: general engineering+ADs- equipment positioners. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains pack of three plate on adjacent surfaces of which guide grooves are made for support rollers. Plates relative shifter mechanism is made in form of screw pair arranged between plates in each pair. each screw of corresponding screw pair thrusts by end faces against projections of middle plate being turned into nut secured in corresponding upper or lower plates. Support spherical end of load jack screw is fitted through pivot in seat of upper plate. Load trunnion is installed on jack housing for lifting, and flange with projection is made for connecting to side surface of equipment frame. Three-member articulating mechanism is installed between upper plate and jack housing. Axles interconnecting members of articulating mechanism and connecting them with jack housing are parallel to each other, and axle connecting joint with upper plate coincides with center of spherical end of screw of load jack, being orientated square to other axles of joint. Slots and projections are made on adjacent surfaces of plates of each pair at both sides of grooves for rollers in parallel with said grooves. said slots and projections get into engagement in form of dovetail joint. Each row of support rollers is enclosed in cage on side edges of which longitudinal slots are made for limiters installed in upper and lower plates. EFFECT: improved convenience in operation. 10 dwg
