PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which has especially excellent low torque performance, anti-fretting performance and low outgas performance in comparison with conventional greases, and to provide a rolling bearing and a spindle motor. SOLUTION: This grease composition comprises a thickener comprising a specific alkali metal salt or alkaline earth metal salt, a base oil comprising two carbonic esters having different kinematic viscosities, and an organic sulfonate.
