PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discriminated sheet having novel performance and a novel surface appearance. SOLUTION: Multi-filament yarns of a thermoplastic polymer are deposited at random on a thermoplastic polymer sheet, and the sheet and the yarns are integrated by heat-adhesion. The yarns are preferably deposited by a spun-bond method. The yarns are twisted. Alternatively, the filaments constituting the yarn are preferably fusion-bonded to each other by melting or softening part of the surface of the thermoplastic polymer of the filaments to be converged.
