PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die replacing device capable of increasing kinds of dies to be replaced, keeping a blade-to-blade distance wider, and keeping a pass line constant. SOLUTION: A first die replacing unit 1 and a second die replacing unit 2 are provided on both surfaces of a ram, and behind the ram 20 and between both lateral plates 22, a third die replacing unit 50 is arranged freely movably in vertical and horizontal directions.
