PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain dehydrating vibration performance which is stable throughout the year by preventing a sliding force between a rod and a sliding member from depending on circumferential temperature in a vibration-proof device for a dehydrating and washing machine, wherein a water receiving tub internally enclosing a washing and dehydrating tub is suspended and supported from the four upper corners of a washing machine main body. SOLUTION: The water receiving tub which internally encloses the washing and dehydrating tub is suspended and supported by hanging parts 13 from the four upper corners of the washing machine main body. Each hanging part 13 is arranged by holding the upper end of the rod 14 to the upper part of the washing machine main body, attaching a support board 9 at the bottom of the rod 14, putting the rod 14 through the sliding member 11 including a slit 10 which is divided in a substantially vertical direction, arranging a coil spring 12 between the support board 9 and the lower part of the sliding member 11 and winding the coil spring 12 on the outer diameter of the sliding member 11.
