PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reduction of high-temperature oxidization resistance at a formed part of a hot-dip Al plated steel sheet, while keeping the adequate hot strength. SOLUTION: The hot-dip Al plated steel sheet superior in the high- temperature oxidization resistance of the formed part comprises employing a steel sheet consisting of, by mass%, 0.02% or less C, 0.10% or less Si, 0.05-0.90%, preferably 0.20-0.90% Mn, 0.005-0.05% P, 0.015% or less S, 0.001-0.10% Al, 0.010% or less N, 0.05-0.50% Ti, 0 (no addition)-0.50% in total of one or more elements of Nb, Mo, V, and W, 0 (no addition)-1.50% Cu, 0 (no addition)-1.0% Ni, 0 (no addition)-0.0030% B, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities, as a base metal, and hot-dip plating it with an Al-base alloy like an Al-Si alloy containing Si of 5-11 mass%.
