PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic resin composition that has good calendering properties, stretchability, deep-drawing properties, form-setting properties under ordinary temperature, good toughness, impact resistance, rigidity and strength. SOLUTION: A mixture comprises 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (A) 50-90 wt.% of a polyester resin and (B) 50-10 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin, (C) 5-100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer having a block including at least one vinyl aromatic compound polymer and a block including at least one conjugated diene compound polymer and (D) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a multifunctional isocyanate compound. The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by kneading the mixture at a temperature from room temperature to less than the melting point of the polyester resin using a shear kneading device.
