PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning water tank using wind energy is provided to clean water inside the water tank, filter contaminants and cleanly maintain the water tank by using wind power. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a wind power converter(1) comprising gear, windmill blades, supporting barrel, fixing rotation shaft and air compressor, rudder, air inlet, and control spring and direction converter so that the wind power converter(1) transmits energy to the rotation shaft through the gear by converting force received by the windmill blades into rotational motion; an air compressor(2) comprising bearing, reverse flow preventing plate, spring, roller guiding plate, and compression rubber so that the air compressor(2) for supplying oxygen into water by converting rotational motion into reciprocating motion, thereby transferring air to the rotation shaft; an upper blade(3) vertically moved by ascent of water and a force generated during rotation of the blade so that the upper blade(3) is rotationally moved; intermediate blades(4) comprising height adjusting screw so that the intermediate blades(4) rotate water horizontally as a whole, helps ascending of water and receives force of water ascended from the bubble generator; a water ascending member(5) formed in a fan blade shape to vertically move water so that water lifted by the water ascending member(5) is vertically guided by bubbles generated from the bubble generator; a bubble generator(6) comprising a plurality of small holes and fixing nut so that the bubble generator(6) generates bubbles and injected the bubbles into water to increase dissolved oxygen in water, air generated from the bubble generator(6) is discharged to the outside of the water tank through an air outlet(9); cleaning balls(7) comprising cleaning fiber and thin ball so that the cleaning balls(7) are circulated inside water during the water circulation process to prevent impurities from settling on the surface of the water tank; and a filter unit(8) comprising handle, cover, filter fixing device, fixing member and filtering device so that inorganic matters not decomposed in the water tank are filtered by the filter unit(8) while they are circulated in the water tank.
