PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die for hollow material in which a mandrel can adequately be mounted on a bridge even when the thickness of the plate- shaped body of the mandrel is made thinner than the height of the hollow part of the hollow material, thus improving extrusion speed even when the thickness of the bridge is made as thin as possible. SOLUTION: A male die 2 for forming the hollow part of the hollow material is provided with a circular base body 4 having the bridge 9 along the diametrical direction of a ring 8 and the mandrel 5 having a distended male bearing 5c at the tip thereof and also having the plate-shaped body 5a with a diameter smaller than the dimension in the thick-wise direction of the male bearing 5c. The plate-shaped body 5a of the mandrel 5 is fitted into a hole 11 for holding the mandrel 5 provided in the bridge 9 from the forward side of the extruding direction so as to protrude the male bearing 5c thereof. This mandrel 5 is supported by a lock pin 6 which is fitted into the supporting hole 13 of the plate-shaped body 5a through the inserting hole 12 formed in the width-wise direction of the bridge 9.
