PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glasses which generates negative ions in the temperature region of the body temperature of a person when he simply wears them. SOLUTION: Negative ion radiating powder is mixed in a composition made of a resin for the glasses. The negative ion radiating powder is prepared by a method wherein the mixture of the powder of a ceramic negative ion radiating substance and monazite regulated to be 0.3-2.0 wt.% or below when converted as the content of a thorium oxide of a natural radioactive element, both of which are made to have a mean particle size of 10μm or below, are fired to be made composite.
