PURPOSE: A SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) duplexer is provided to reduce a size and manufacturing costs by forming an impedance matching portion separated from a SAW filter on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A SAW duplexer includes a substrate(130), a SAW filter portion, and an impedance matching portion(120,125). The SAW filter portion is formed on one side of an upper portion of the substrate. The impedance matching portion is formed on the other side of the upper portion of the substrate. The impedance matching portion is electrically connected to the SAW filter portion. The SAW filter portion is formed with a transmission SAW filter(110) and a reception SAW filter(115). The impedance matching portion is formed with an inductor or a capacitor. |
