<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily, rapidly and separately detecting and determining P450 molecular species in real time under a constant PCR reaction condition. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are a kit for detecting and quantitatively determining human cytochrome P450 molecular species comprising a set of an oligonucleotide probe hybridizable to a specific region of a gene encoding each molecular species of the human cytochrome P450, for example 859-884 region of CYP7A1 gene, and a specific primer pair, and a method for detecting and quantitatively determining the human cytochrome P450 molecular species using the kit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
