<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molten metal with a high metal grade from incinerated refuse, a raw material for smelting copper consisting of the molten metal, a treatment system, and a dealing method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molten metal from the incinerated refuse is characterized by adding copper-containing scrap to the incinerated refuse, preferably using copper-containing scrap including combustibles, to reduce fuel consumption in melting, along with enhancing the copper grade of the molten metal obtained by melting the incinerated refuse.
