PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a necktie holder capable of preventing a necktie from hanging down forward when a user bends forward, not appearing, not damaged, and not becoming loose when he/her turns over on the back. SOLUTION: A loop (another name; a rear apron threading part) of the necktie is restrained by a crest of a shirt or a front button, a bundle of front button fastening threads, and a front button hole.
