PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well maintain the environment without floating feathers in a workshop by efficiently and mechanically packing a set amount of the feathers into clothing, bedding, etc., without damaging the feathers. SOLUTION: Air for floating and agitating is sent into a storage tank continuously fed with the feathers, by which the feathers are floated to a uniform density and the floating feathers are sucked and taken out by negative pressure and are mixed with the air current.
